Stock levelsIN STOCK AVAILABLE TO ORDER Items described as "AVAILABLE TO ORDER" may be ordered at any point (some may have a cut off date, beyond which we will not accept further orders). All items are fairly limited, and our suppliers operate a "first come, first served" policy, so we cannot guarantee that the item will be available. We tend to place orders on our suppliers on a two weekly basis (usually Friday night), so .. the sooner the better. SOLD OUT We tend to leave items that have sold out on the site for a while before deleting them. This allows you to see whether an item has actually sold, rather than been deleted in error. |
Payment
Payment is required in advance. If you are ordering an IN STOCK item, it will not be shipped until payment has cleared into our account. If you are ordering an item, we will not place your order until payment has cleared into our account. We accept payment by the following methods :-

ShippingWe do not charge for shipping within the UK, and most items will be shipped using the Royal Mail First Class service. This provides insurance up to £34.00. If you prefer Recorded Delivery, please let us know - we charge an extra £0.70 for this service. If you would like a higher level of insurance, please ask for a quote at the time you place your order - it will be charged at cost. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post, if they are not insured at your request. We charge 75p extra for shipping within Europe, and most items will be shipped using Royal Mail Air Mail Small Packet service. This provides insurance up to 34.00 GBP. If you would like a higher level of insurance, please ask for a quote at the time you place your order - it will be charged at cost. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post, if they are not insured at your request. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please advise us as soon as possible. We will undertake to resolve the problem with the Post Office, but please be aware that they do not take any action themselves on "Lost" items until 15 working days have passed from date of shipment. Please note. We use recycled materials for shipping and will package your order to a reasonable standard to protect the items, but not their factory packaging. If you are concerned about damage to the box an item comes in, it is probably best that you purchase from a company who specialise in "double boxing". We do not consider damaged packaging a valid reason to reject an item. |
ReturnsItems that are specifically ordered may only be returned if they are faulty, damaged or have been misrepresented. As items are considered to be made especially to order, you may not reject an item on a whim. |
